Physical, Cognitive, Social, and Personality Individuals experience many changes to the physical human body, cognitive talents, social advancement, and persona development throughout the various phases of existence. This article discusses a few of the improvements experienced during stages of development of the adolescent, youthful adulthood, middle section adulthood, and late adult life.

Adolescent Levels of Expansion

The physical changes during adolescence incorporate growth spurts of 8 to twelve inches wide in a period of two or three years, and puberty which heralds acne, tone of voice changes, hair growth, regarding internal and external reproductive system organs (ovaries, breasts, penis, and testes), production of estrogen and progesterone increase, erection and ejaculation intended for males, and menarche and mature egg release for females. (Nevid & Rathus, 2005) Cognitively, the adolescent has the capacity to participate in fuzy thinking, also referred to as the formal operational level, enabling those to process and group tips; adolescence also brings egocentrism in the form of imaginary audience (believing everything centers around their appearance, thoughts, and behaviors) and personal anagnorisis (the idea that one is definitely invincible and incapable of encountering anything harmful).
